Olivia's has been in the Orcutt area ever since I was a kid. It used to be the only Mexican food place in Orcutt and I think that is why it has done so well. It is good, but nothing special. The food is just okay, but not anything to rave about. The flavor is just somewhat bland. The prices border on being just a tad too high and the atmosphere is lacking. I don't want to give a negative review, because it is not a bad place, but it just isn't anything that great either. If you are in Orcutt and want Mexican food and don't want to drive the extra couple minutes to Santa Maria, then Olivia's would be okay.
