I went through their Cambridge office, wich is small but don't let that fool you. They still operate like the big guys (they're part of Rober Half afterall) with most assigments offered through companies that rely on temps to be the backbone to their workforce. They are pushy with assignments and over sell the companies. When they try to sell you the assignment it's "a great company" and when it doesn't go as planned "it's a strange company that no temp has success with." And when communicating with the office, expect to be bounced to a new agent almost every time.
But I have to say that they do stay on top of things by sending e-mails to you of available assignments and do pay pretty good. But what is the use when you can't rely on them to give you a straight answer about an assignment when they have clearly done business with the company numerous times?
Pros: Competitive pay
Cons: Over-selling of assignments
