I wanted a 160 GB hard drive from OfficeMax. I saw they were on clearance. So I called in and speak to the manger. She told me there was one left. I asked her to make sure if it was the right model and she complied yes. I got there, and brought the drive. Went home and wait for Sunday to price match. Sunday, I went back for price match, the same manger shut me down because I brought the wrong one. It turns out that she gives me the wrong model. I protested, but she wouldn’t do it. What happen to the customer is always right?
