I took a family member's car here for the shampoo-doozy of interior services. Sure it was clean, but it also had a broken window controls and driver's side seat. The manager first tried to say that I dropped off a car with a stuck open window (although it could be magically closed long enough to run it through the wash). Then he changed his story and pointed out that they have up to 500 cars to wash and detail daily, and sometimes stuff gets broken because they are working so fast. He fixed the window control, but refused to deal with the seat, nor to provide me with any sort of coupon so that I could give them another chance. He reminded me that they serve 500 cars a day, so my return business was meaningless. Deplorable customer service considering they are handling some pretty expensive property.
