I was so scared when I fisrt came to Amy. She spent time reassuring me and answering any of my questions. She also included my husband and rest of support system in her education....

Went there three times. Each time I had a different docotor. Each time I had to say my symptoms multiple times and the kept asking me what was wrong. will not be going back.

Don't trust them! 7/12/2012

My wife and I moved up here from Palm Coast two years ago. She is 4 months pregnant and we decided to find a new OB here to save the drive south. I started researching the many practices in the area online and word of mouth. I heard good and not so good about every practice. But a thing that I heard several times was that OBGYN had friends and family make fake posts. Example: laura b. made 4 posts all on 9/20/11. When I research something online and look at the reviews, the dates of the reviews should be spread out evenly over a period of time. When I look at OBGYN, many of the review sites show mostly positive reviews for a short period of time then nothing. It is like the had an office meeting a year of two ago and told everyone to have their friends and family boost their rating. Just saying, we picked another OB. more

They are not the same 4/19/2012

I have seen dr. yarian for the past few years. She was nice but just your average doctor. The past few times I have seen dr. louglin, and I am not impressed by her attitude. I don't know if I will be going back. more

from the moment I walked in the office, I was treated with compassion and respect. I had to wait a little but was kept informed on reasons. Dr Yarian is kind, compassionate, smart and one of the most reassuring people I have ever met. Very calm, willing to answer questions more

Worst Service Ever 4/8/2011

Overall this is the worst experience Ive ever had with a Doctors office. It seems to be how many patients can we push through and how much money can we make. The medicaid patients are treated like garbage!! The receptionist has the worst attitude and should not be working with people. She has actually said This is a high volume office and the doctor doesn't have time to call you back. Then she hung up on me!!!! I could go on about all the issues but let me just sum it up by saying if you want to be treated the way every patient should be then don't bother with this circus. more

Great care! 12/14/2010

I had a great visit today at OBGYN Associates of St Augustine. The office was clean & well-appointed. I saw Anah Marks, a midwife, and was impressed. She sat down, talked to me, took my concerns to heart. I appreciated the time she, the nurses, and all the staff gave me. I would certainly recommend them to my friends! more

Never again 11/4/2010

I was a first time new patient for my annual pap smear and to find out why I've been having intense pain in my pelvic area. I saw Dr. Anna Marks and boy do I regret it. She did not take my pain seriously at all and did not do a through job at examining my pain. I had to insist on an ultrasound until she scheduled one for a week later! I called the office and asked to be moved up due to my intense pain- the receptionsist was extremely rude said no and she was a busy doctor and hung up on me! I ended up in ER due to how severe my pain was and the ER doctor didn't understand why she did not see me right away. I will never go back there again! more

Beware New Patients 9/22/2010

Bad: Prior to my visit, the office provided a price for me because, I would pay out of pocket . I paid in full at the time of the doctor's visit, which was the price quoted. Checking out of the office the price that was what was quoted and I paid in full. A month later I received an unexpected bill. Tried to resolve this mistake with the office and they would not help and passed blame on me. Dealing with the billing issue the office was completely disingenuous, disrespectful, incompetent, unethical.. Other: Her solution to my problem that many women deal with is surgery when there are many alternatives. She seems to be focused on the amount of money that comes to her practice and not the patients best interest.. more

Kindness abounds 8/16/2010

Today I had my annual exam with Annah Marks, the nurse midwife. The office personnell were very nice, especially Lawanda Ashe, the receptionist who was answering the phone every 5 minutes and still was kind, considerate and did so in a very pleasing voice. The whole team was very helpful and made my experience a super positive visit! The student that examined me was very thoughtful and listened to all the pointers that Annah gave. Thanks to all. more

no new patients 4/19/2010

I am new to town, and Dr. Susan Yarian was recommended. When I called the office, the receptionist said she would not see any new patients and hung up without helping me find someone else! Dr. Yarian may be a good doctor if you can see her, but her front office could improve how they treat people. more

Susan Yarian has been my ob/gyn for the past 15 years. She is an awesome doctor, always going the extra mile and treats you like you are her only patient. I highly recommend her to anyone. more

OBGYN Associates are wonderful!! 8/2/2005

OBGYN Associates of St. Augustine is a wonderful practice. Dr. Yarian is the founding doctor and she has a warm and easy bedside manner. They are quick and efficient and so easy to work with. The practice currently has 3 medical doctors and 2 midwives on staff. Throughout your pregnancy, you rotate though to see all of the doctors and midwives so you will know the person who is on call when you arrive to have your baby. The office staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They obviously love what they do and provide the best care and support they can at all times! more
