Editorial review from Citysearch 6/27/2013

Horrible Customer Service! I recently had my nails done at this location (which by the way, two days later needed to be re-done). When I went to pay, I was using a $50 gift card. The cashier said that they ""don't take this kind anymore."" I told them that I had just received it back in December and there was no expiration date on the card. She refused to discuss the matter further and demanded I pay. I asked to speak with the manager and someone (who never actually, willingly identified himself), came out and without hesitation, demanded that I pay. I told him that it WAS paid for (the gift card was for $50 and they already had the money from that). I asked them why they would not honor something that was already paid for, that did NOT have an expiration date. They refused to discuss the matter, only demanding that I pay. I told them that I felt as though they were stealing my money. I asked them to call the police (yes, it was my idea) to help settle the matter. The police came and said that unfortunately it was a civil matter and that I would need to take them to small claims court. After reading some of the other reviews about this place, it is clear that they have some major customer relations issues and would probably benefit from some type of ethics, social skills, and business management classes. To lose a customer over a $31 charge is clearly a bad business decision. I would warn anyone looking to get their nails done, to steer clear of this establishment, and NEVER purchase a gift card from them unless you want be told they don't take that kind anymore (despite the fact that it was recently purchased and has no expiration date on the card). more

Best nail salon in Wesley Chapel! 3/22/2012

My daughter and I have been getting our nails done here for over four years and the service has always been excellent! The service is personal and if you are not satisfied, they will re-do your nails. The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff is very pleasant. I highly recommend this business. more

Bad Attitude Bad Service 3/16/2012

These people think they can treat everyone with disrespect. They underestimate the power of the internet. They treated my wife terrible today and just yesterday I bought her a gift certificate for her birthday there. After my wife told me the story of how she was mistreated I went in to return the certificate and they told me tough. No REFUNDS! When I questioned them they called the police and told me to leave. I waited for the police to arrive and they said there was not anything they could do. They said it was a civil matter and I had a right to take it to small claims court. That I will and along with that watch for the people on 56 with picket signs. They rude and obnoxious and Karma will come back on them. I have never been insulted like that before. more

Do not go to this rude Salon 6/16/2010

I went into this salon a couple of days ago and I did not see any customers. When I entered I saw a male behind the front desk and female standing in front with her back to the front door in an unwelcoming way to any potential customers coming in-including myself. I was looking to get my nails done their, and I just needed to use the phone to make a quick toll free call that was to get a local number to see if I would be able to get my nails done at their salon. \r \r When I entered I asked for a list of the prices for their services and I asked the male at the desk if I could use their phone real quick. The male allowed me and passed me the phone. The female though that was standing with her back away from me was being rude and did not want to allow me and started giving me a bad attitude. I went to go sit down in the waiting area to make a phone call in peace since I couldn’t hear standing because of the female worker that was speaking to the male behind the desk in their foreign language bickering over me using the phone and the female worker was telling the male in part English so I could hear that he shouldn’t do that-he should not let me use the phone. \r \r As I was already given permission I proceeded to make my call and the female worker kept talking loud about me so that I could not hear during the call and kept coming over to me bothering me asking me personal questions such as: where was I calling, who was I calling ect. After I told her I was making a toll free call that was to get a local number to see if I would get my nail done at their salon, she still was not happy and kept pestering me and I kept having to repeat myself during the call and was not able to make it anyway because then the female worker told me the only allow about two minutes for people to use the phone. There was no sign in their business stating such. The male who let me use the phone did not state any two minute limit. There are others salons that I have been to allow me to use their phones and no two minute limit.\r \r I then hung up the phone since she was not allowing me to complete the call in peace and even place it in the first place and told her here was the phone-take it. She arrogantly snatched the phone from my hand gladly and made statements such as: yeah, go, good and motioned for me to leave. I was so upset that I decided to not get my nails done there that day and left. I can see why they didn’t have customers when I walked in. If that’s how they treat a customer before they get their service done there can you imagine what could happen to you during the process and afterward and how they will treat you. I urge the public to save their money and go elsewhere to be respected and treated well. They need to be professional to get business. Pros: There are no pros Cons: Rude, unprofessional, not welcoming to clients more
