Very, very nice place ! 10/18/2011

We were staying at a hotel but they did not have anything available at their spa for facials or massages so they recommended The Oaks Botanical Spa. At first, we weren't happy with having to drive elsewhere with a spa right there at the hotel. However, after we had the services at The Oaks, it totally made up for that little inconvenience of driving elsewhere. more

Dedicated staff ... 10/18/2011

I have been going to The Oaks Botanical Spa for several years. The customer service is excellent; they are dedicated and detail oriented! It's easy to understand why the business has such a GREAT reputation in the Cleveland area! I highly recommend Oaks Botanical Spa to anyone who seeks a comfortable, relaxing, confidential and a pleasant atmosphere!!!! more

Love it, Love it, Love it.... 10/17/2011

I totally LOVED The Oaks Botanical Spa! Finally used my gift certificate that I received from my husband and daughter this year. I went on my birthday and received great treatments. I got a fantastic massage and probably the best facial ever with Jennett. They put warm towels on your hands and feet while giving massage. They also don't force youto buy their products afterwards like some unnamed spas. But their products are also fantastic and I highly recommend just about anything there. more

My Mom Loved It 10/16/2011

I took my mother to The Oaks Botanical Spa for her Birthday. It was our first time getting a massage there. I had heard people speaking very highly about this place so it was interesting to see if my mom was gonna like it since she is very picky. She loved it!!! . We plan to make reservations next week for the side-by-side massage again. more

Everyone working at The Oaks botanical Spa provided skilled hands, knowledgeable product and treatment advice, with no pressure to buy. Their pricing list is above average; but their treatments are very good and effective. My friends and I were scheduled for one appt each, but ended up getting more treatments (w/out appts). Definitely recommended. more

I have tried many spas in Cleveland and some in other cities. By far The Oaks Botanical Spa team delivers the best and most great facial I have experienced. The staff is very friendly, helpful and well trained. They can answer any question about the products or treatments. I have tried most of their services over the years and have enjoyed excellent treatments. Overall, I find it a relaxing and comfortable place with outstanding service, which makes it one of the best spas in Cleveland. more

Exellent service. Very Happy . . . 10/10/2011

I first found The Oaks Botanical Spa through the web and I was very impressed by the reviews. Since I was staying at the Marriott I thought I would ask the front desk about them, and she said this is where they recommend their guests. The Marriott shuttled me down. I had a wonderful massage and pedicure. It was a very relaxing and peaceful place. Fortunately we had to skip out one of the meetings the next day and I went back there. Is that funny ?) more

Big Surprise, Highly Recommended 10/10/2011

I had heard people say great things about The Oaks Botanical Spa over the years, but frankly, I did not feel like changing my therapist, so I never stop in. When my therapists from another spa canceled on me, I went in for a massage. BIG surprise! Affordable and very skilled staff! Really, I have to say it is the nicest Spa I have been to. I am planning on taking my boyfriend there since they have this couple massage service with a fireplace. That's gonna be very interesting experience. more

Excellent experience, a go back for sure. I have had a lot of stress in my life lately, as I'm sure we all have. I spent a whole day today at The Oaks and was just great, a perfect relaxing day. I don't usually spend this kind of time on reviews, but I am hooked. The day started with a very friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere. The waiting area was like a cozy lodge. The first person to come greet me was my massage therapist. She was very sweet and the massage was amazing. The facial was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. During my manicure and pedicure the technicians were so much fun and friendly that we all laughed and joked. From the beginning to the end, it was a restful and relaxing escape for me. I will return again and this time I am bringing my mom. more

Cool, Easy-Going Vibe, Great Therapists, Highly recommend This is the only place I've been going to for over 10 years. Everyone is friendly. I get my treatments (which are consistently great) I leave happy, perfect. I have no interest in other places where they make you feel uncomfortable walking in. I always feel welcome here and comfortable. I get everything done here with my standing appt. more

I'm a quality conscious spa goer. I don't have really deep pockets so I want to be guaranteed a great experience. The Oaks Botanical Spa delivers it! I've been here several times for facials and massage and it is one of my favorite spas in Cleveland. I've always had great treatments here and the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere is really calming and more then anything else they don’t push you out the door once you are done. They even let you relax at their fireplace room. more

Great Deep Cleansing Facial 10/8/2011

Great Deep Cleansing Facial I had a deep cleansing facial at this spa. It was amazing. Even my husband noticed. Not only is the facial itself great, but while you are lying there, they give you a massage. I was so relaxed I fall asleep. The skin care technician had a lot of knowledge I was impressed. This is my first review but I have to share my marvelous experience at The Oaks Botanical Spa with you guys. I highly recommend this spa. I have not had a chance for a massage, but I am sure its gonna be great. more

Shocking Birthday Gift for picky boyfriend 10/2/2011

We got the Couple’s Message. When I said he is picky, I meant never in 5 million years would I have thought he would let anyone else besides me touch him. Well, he did! That was shocking for me. He loved his gift! The ladies there were perfect!! clean, friendly, fun, relaxing, and anything else in the good book. The plus were the heated beds, concerning we went there in winter February...LOL. WILL BE BACK FOR SURE! more

Friendly, Clean & Great Massage Therapist! 9/30/2011

I've known about The Oaks Botanical Spa for a long time but never had the chance to go until last week - and it was an excellent experience! They have a very nice balance of being luxurious without being stuffy, friendly without being fake and upscale without being expensive. As a doctor, I appreciated their clinical approach to massage. My attendant was very fluid with her technique and seemed very connected with me throughout the session. I felt significantly better when I left and already plan on going back next month. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! more

Lovely place, Great service 9/26/2011

Lovely place, great service. A friend gave me a gift certificate for my birthday. I had gone to many other spas and she always raved about this one but I never went. Then I used the gift certificate -- and I knew why she always raved. Everything was wonderful -- from the time I entered, thru the massage, until I left. I really felt they understood "customer service". The place itself is lovely - I love how it was decorated. I had the Swedish massage and it was amazing - very relaxing and just the right pressure. The entire environment is one of relaxation and calm. I will definitely come back again - far better than the other spas I've been going to. more

FANTASTIC Spa Experience I REALLY enjoyed my experience at this hidden day spa. I never leave reviews, but I wanted to let everyone know about this place. I came with a friend and we had the best time. What we liked the most was how private it is. I really don't like the larger crowded spas that pack themselves into strip malls. I felt like everyone was very friendly and professional and actually treated us like we mattered and not like numbers. What was so great is that it deeply relaxed me and didn't hurt like so many massages do, even though the therapist applied a lot of pressure. It just melted my stress away and isn't that what a spa experience is all about? I am definitely going back. It was well worth the money. We had a really great time. more

Absolutly great place 9/23/2011

Love this place ! I had a massage and facial last week and I walked out on cloud nine. From the minute I walked in the door the aroma started to melt away my stressful day. I had a stone massage with Jeanne and it probabaly wass one of the best massages I've ever had. Courtney was my estetician and really knew her stuff and gave me some good suggestions for anti-aging treatments. I love this place. more
