Best Massage Therapist around 6/6/2008

The absolutely best part of Oak Street Beach is the massage tent operated by Coups de Main Massage Therapy. The therapist Bruce is seriously talented. There's nothing like a massage on the beach, with the lake breeze blowing gently and the sun shining. Heavenly! more

One of Chicago's 2 ""it"" beaches(North Ave.being the other),Oak Street Beach has something for everyone from swimming,rollerblading,bicycling,and people watching.The beach regulars make you feel very welcome here.It's by far one of the most scenic beaches in the world.And,it's only a few steps from The Magnificent Mile. Pros: Friendly People, Good Concessions, Great Scenery more

What a crowd 6/2/2002

This beach is almost always over crowded, but still fun. I mostly just find a nice sandy patch and bring a lunch and people watch. Try during the week. Cons: No parking more
