Very arrogant and bad follow through. I guess we are new customer and they did not treat us well and even told us that they didn't want to do any business with us any longer....

Excellent Service 10/29/2010

First of all, you are greeted as soon as you walk thru the door, and treated as an important customer. This is such a great example of how to run a business. The owners, Mike and Lisa are professional, knowledgable and sincere. I am glad they are located in my neck of the woods but I would travel across town if necessary to do business with them. more

Bad service 4/29/2009

Very arrogant and bad follow through. I guess we are new customer and they did not treat us well and even told us that they didn't want to do any business with us any longer. Great service! 9/10/2007

We do a lot of work with Oak Hill Printing (envelopes, forms, invoices). We are always pleased with their service but last week, Mike went above and beyond for us. We ran into a graphic design job that needed to be done ASAP. Mike not only got the job done on the same day, but he exceeded our expectations by leaps and bounds. I highly recommend Oak Hill Printing for all of your printing and design needs! Pros: Great service! Cons: None. more

Little Shop with Big Service 7/18/2007

I recently discovered Oak Hill Printing and what a find it was! I've been to the local chain copy places and they in no way compare to Oak Hill Printing. The owner is a hands on person who takes each order equally serious. I have gone in for color copies, business cards, letterhead, etc. The quality was excellent, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in making my decisions. Each order was delivered on time. They also give free local faxes for the unemployed to send resumes, which I thought was really cool. Pros: Great Customer Service and quality. Cons: Not like a local copy chain, open from 9-6 more
