We've been to Sedona 3 times and have eaten at Oak Creek Brewery all 3. The 1st 2 visits were fine which prompted us to go back this time. Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience and won't return to Oak Creek Brewery. My husband ordered the rotisserie chicken which was grossly undercooked at one end and dry and tough on the other...don't ask me how they did that! When we very politely let our waitress know (reputable establishments want to know when something isn't satisfactory) she brought the Manager over. My husband actually showed him how he couldn't pull the meat away from the bone, but the Manager proceeded to explain to us that the chicken wasn't undercooked, it was dark meat and that the complaint was unfounded. At this point in our lives, we know the difference between dark meat and undercooked meat and the whole situation was insulting. I have to wonder if they've had complaints or problems with undercooked food in the past which could have prompted his CYA attitude. He did absolutely nothing to rectify our concern and on top of that, the attitudes of the staff which had been friendly changed to being abrupt at best. There are so many wonderful dining choices in Sedona, that I would recommend that you avoid Oak Creek Brewery!
Pros: Anything good was undone by awful customer service
Cons: Undercooked food/bad customer service
