This is a wonderful resource especially for anyone with children!
I have called several times and asked questions. They will look things up for you and get you answers. It's also good to know you can call and they'll help you decide if you should go to the doctor or not.
The first time I called, my son was very small and had his 1st fever. I told her that I was trying not to have new mommy panic and she was very helpful and reassuring to me--she put me at ease and told me what to do.
