I thought this was the best experience purchasing jewelry I have ever had. They were courteous and attentive. I've shopped at a lot of jewelry stores and this was one of the best in terms of service. I've had watches repaired here over the years and they are (at least around here), the only place I would trust to fix my Rolex. This is what makes shopping ""local"" the best. more

Displeased 4/14/2012

I had purchased a gem stone abroad and chose to come home and have it mounted and because I have a loyalty to local businesses I chose Nummi Jewelers. Not a good choice, right from the start it was obvious that mounting this stone was not something she was particularly interested in doing and then it took 5 weeks to accomplish this task! The finished product was suboptimal and I chose to take it somewhere more reliable to modify it. Customer service and satisfying the customer is not something I experienced from this jeweler. more
