My husband and I were in the middle of remodeling our bath and wanted to get a new tub. After looking into it, decided to use nu tub and called for information and had a very quick response and after deciding to use them had a quick date for them to come to my home. And of course no problem cashing my check. I was, in the beginning very happy, we continued on with the remodel and in doing so after the recommended time frame from the company to leave the tub basically alone, so it could cure, we started to hang a shower curtian, part of it dropped and nicked the tub. This was our fault, so I called the company to ask if they had something like touch up paint or what we could do, I never asked for anything for free, this was our error. But I was told that they would come out, and do it, but it had to be on there time frame, I agreed and was also told to call in a week if did not hear from them. You might think the conversation was with no problem, well take care of you, but it wasnt, he actually sounded mad that I was calling in general and reminded me if I dropped something on my car it would chip the paint. Are you kidding me? So I waited the week, and called, then I called again on good Friday, then again a week later, and one more time this week. NEVER once getting a return call, it had been a month at this point and the company never called to keep a happy customer, or really to give me the respect as a customer. This morning I was called and yelled at and when I stood up for myself and pointed out the flaws I was hung up on.
In today's business world no one can afford to loose a customer but I wish I had never used this company and if you do, brace yourself you are not important after the check is cashed!
