What a wonderful experience we had! I scheduled a day of beauty for my daughter’s wedding day,which included the groom's Mother, the wedding party and and the out of town 'girls' We were all thoroughly impressed, and were more than properly pampered. It ended up being the meeting place for my 4 out of town sisters also. We had such a good time and Tina and her staff were so gracious. My sisters are still commenting on what a great idea I had on getting us all together. EVERYTHING was PERECT from the music, the refreshments, to the beauty expertise. I found Nu Image through the internet. technology is great. I have worn extensions for a long time.... The consultation with Tina was free and informative. She sat down and took her time with me to really look at my hair and showed me she took great pride in her work. We looked at before and after pictures. I was convinced I would receive quality work and I did. My extensions are a beautiful mixture of blonds..the extensions match my hair perfect...the cut and style are fashionable. I was greeted promptly, offered a beverage of choice. Tina, the ower has a beautiful spa and a great staff. I have to agree with clients before me. Tina is talented and very caring. My hair wasn't too damaged, but Tina dedfinitely made an improvement on the texture of my hair with her Kerastase treatments. I love my hair color. I wear my hair golden blond. Tina, brighented my color and took some of the warmth out to accent my face. It really worked. It changed my whole appearance. Tina is a natural and a professional in hair color and in her industry. Wearing hair extension can be difficult. Tina turned this process in to a good experience for me. The price was great for the quality of hair and serv ice I recieved. I don't mind paying the money. It was finially nice to get what I was promised . Quality hair. We used the Dream catchers. The feel is increditable. It looks and feels natural. My hair color matches the extensions completely. You can not tell I have extensions. This is the first time in 5 years. I have perfect extenions which match my hair color. I don't feel insecure about my hair any longer. Pros: hair color done right. Thank you Tina for outstanding customer service. My facial was the best. I felt relaxed the whole treatment. Nu Image definitely cares about cleanliness and their clients. The candles were infused with aromatherapy . Great touch. The facial towels were nicely heated and infused with lavender. Hot pariffin wax put on my hands and feet prior to the facial. My facial was soothing and deep cleansing. It was the Image facial. I highly reccomend it. While the mask was on my face, Tina gave me a wonderful foot massage. It was followed with hot towels for my feet . I didn' want to get off the bed. Treat your skin and yourself to a wonderful facial with Tina. She really cares for her clients. Tina has a beautiful day spa. I don't think there is a service she doesn't offer. I have very long hair and wanted my hair colored with hi-lites. Tina took her time even missed her Saturday night at church. It took 4 hours and my hair looks incredible. My hi-lites are a perfect blend with my color. She really took her time to make my hair look perfect and it does. She fed me lunch. I really felt like I was a princess for the day with the personalized service. My hair is beautiful. I have had bad experfiences at other local salons with hair extensions. I found Tina at Nu Image through an ad. Tina has an eye for color. My hair blends and looks beautiful. You can not tell where my hair ends and the extensions begin. I get tons of compliments everywhere I go. No one can tell I wear extensions. I have long beautiful healthy looking blonde hair. The quallity is exceptional. No damage or problems, no slipping or tangle. Tina's work is the best quality i have seen. This salon is Owned by a fabulous woman Tina McNeese , She is a wonderful , Blessed woman that cares about her customers and personally treats them one on one. She has gone above and beyond for me EVERY time I have visited her , she is a multi talened woman that excels in hair extensions , these really great cellulite treatments ( that really work ) she does my color and I wouldnt go to anyone else ! Its great to relax with a glass of wine after a long day of work with really good people . God has blessed this woman with alot of opprotunity and she has made the most of where he's led her , I'm just thankful he led her to me so that I can be spoiled on a regular basis and shes just down the street! I arrived for my third appointment with Tina and she was expecting to do an all over color and cut., which is usually less than a 2 hour service. I noticed the previous client had THE BEST highlights I had ever seen so I asked if she thought that would be good for me. We discussed and decided to pursue. We did two shades of highlights, which were perfectly placed, and an all over color. It looks gorgeous! She stayed till after 8 pm and provided a light dinner of wraps, when she heard my tummy growl. Best experience ever. I got a little lost on my way there and arrived about 20 minutes late. Tina was very kind and got started right away around 10am. We finished at 4:10pm. She was wonderful! She took really good care of me and made my hair look excellent. She gave me highlights, 2 toners, blowout, flat iron, and hair cut. We also talked about my follow up visit and what I can expect. I was interested in hair extensions for a special event I had coming up. I went to Tina for a free consultation. 2 days before the party I called Tina and told her I wanted to get them in. She ordered the hair and had it the very next day. Because I work, she agreed to see me at 6:00 pm. (Knowing it was a 6 hour procedure) When I got there I knew it was going to be a long night. I needed a tie for my son, which was not hard to find. She made a phone call and one of her friends went to find it for me. My phone was about to die, she had a charger for it. I was hungry, she had pizza. One thing after the other. I was really impressed. When my hair was done, I loved it. The color matched 100%!! I even went back the next morning to get my make up and up do!!! I was out in 1 hour!!! The team there was great!! I have always had a problem finding and staying at 1 salon. But I was sold!!! I will go there for everything. No need to go from place to place. Hair, nails, massage. I'm getting a facial done this week. The price was very reasonable. Talk about service!!!!!!! I had the most fabulous facial last Thursday, and just like the last reviewer, came away feeling pampered by Tina. She is great. I have had several facials over the years and never felt so good after. My skin is still glowing! I will definitely be back to do it again and try some of their other products/services. I had one of the best facials I?ve ever had at Nu Image. Tina who gave me the facial is wonderful and very nice to boot! She took a lot of time with me and made me feel extremely pampered. My skin looked great when I was done and I look forward to my next treatment. I also checked around for good prices and my facial was a great deal. The location was good for us Northside people.
