This is the worst company to use if you are looking for customer service. Several times they do not call you back, do not allow you to cancel, and do not show up when they are supposed to. They tell you that you will just have to wait and that there is nothing they can do. If you must use them, do not expect any help after installation (if they ever get there). more

BAD COMPANY! DO NOT USE! 11/29/2006

Very poor company. No showed twice, then last minute rescheduled, then came the fourth time late, and left without doing any work, nor without any notice, as it was beyond their capabilites. DO NOT USE!!! Cons: VERY POOR SERVICE more
