Do NOT go to this dry cleaner. After cleaning a satin strapless dress, they safety pinned the dress to a hanger. Who puts pins through satin!?! The dress now has two holes in it thanks to this incompetent business.
Not only did they ruin my dress, they denied all responsibility and refused to compensate me for it. The manager, Cindy, was extremely rude, dismissive, and basically accused me of lying when she asked if I pinned the dress to myself. I asked to speak with the owner several times but I never heard from him, as he was always busy or away. The people at this business are extremely unprofessional and do not value their customers. I was absolutely infuriated and incensed at my treatment by their management. Stay away from this business at all costs!
