Great family fun for all ages 7/8/2009

Novelty golf is the last of the original mini golf courses Its cheep and close to the city. It's fun for all ages. They have clubs to fit small children. With two 18 hole courses, batting cages, a video game room and the Bunny hutch snack shop you can have hours of family fun with out breaking the bank. They are celebrating their 60 year and have added some new holes while keeping the old time traditions. Pros: its so retro and original its cool more

A Mini-Golf Landmark for Over 50 years 8/3/2006

Novelty Golf and Games has been a landmark in the Chicago area for more than 50 years. Located near Lincolnwood on the far northwest side of Chicago. Can't miss the huge Frankenstein head. Two unique, creative and challenging mini-golf courses, open 7 days a week. Baseball batting cages and video arcade. The Bunny Hutch offers ice cream treats for after you play. PROS: Creative and challenging mini-golf CONS: Can get big summer crowds more

good mini golf course 11/29/2005

A very good mini golf course that has been around for about 30 years, and looks and feels like it, which adds to the novelty that makes or breaks mini golf. Two courses are offered, both are pretty cool though standard mini golf type holes. Batting cages and a restaurant in the same area so you can mix it up a bit. Location is good and not hard to get to, but it can get crowded in the evenings and on weekends. Worth checking out for a retro golf course feel, go with a friend or a big group and they can accommodate you. PROS: good course CONS: more

Retro Fun 7/28/2005

My friends and I have gone here a ton during the years and good times have been had. Although little has changed from the time this place has opened in the 70s as one can judged by the retro commercials still played on tv in the area, I wouldn't have it any other way. There are two sets of courses and you get a discount for the second round. You can also grab a bite at the Bunny Hutch next door. Highly recommended. PROS: Old-fashioned fun for big groups CONS: Can sometimes get crowded more

Great place for miniature golf 7/19/2005

Doesn't everyone like to take a break and play some miniature golf? I know I do. This retro style mini golf course has been around at least 35 years and is located right on the Lincolnwood border between Lincolnwood and Chicago. There are batting cages for those jocks who want to show off or for those that actually just want to practice their swing. more
