You have got to be kidding me! I'm Ken's wife... I drive the Quest.... it took 4 times to HOPEFULLY get this fixed... and even at that it was because I asked about getting a Mercu...

Russ is the greatest person and mechanic that will work with your schedule if at all possible. Fred is the only mechanic that I like working on my ca because he is thorough and does things right the first time. Joe is always friendly and courteous. more

When I called in regarding our car issues the person that answered was very professional and answered my questions completely. When I had the car towed in they were able to check it out and fix it the same day. The employees put the customers first. more

I trust NW Tire & Auto to be honest. I have never found them suggesting work to be done on my vehicle that wasn't needed. They usually get my vehicle back to me within the same day and often they are helping me keep track of my maintenance schedule. more
