When I worked for a large Seattle-based coffee retailer that shall remain nameless I think we used Northwest Suites and Housing Service to place newly-recruited executives with success.
The other reason I would suggest this group has to do with founding partner Brenda Handley's board affiliation with Densho (a nonprofit organization started in 1996, with the initial goal of documenting oral histories from Japanese Americans who were incarcerated during World War II).
Although NW Suites and Housing Service offices are in Redmond (do we think a large Redmond-based software developer that shall remain nameless has something to do with that?), Densho is based in the International District, just south of downtown Seattle, blocks from Uwajimaya (large Asian grocer). My guess would be that Ms. Handley has properties in that area as a result of this network.
Welcome to Seattle.
