WORST EYE DOCTORS OFFICE EVER. The staff is so rude and unprofessional. First of all, I went to my appointment and got passed around with no direction as to where I was going. The doctor was fine. However, the staff completely kills the entire experience. At one point, I was literally standing in the middle of the office, unsure if I should sit back down, go to another room? I had no idea. Second, after trying on a pair of contacts (trials), I wanted to change my contact brand because they would not approve my order from 1800 contacts online because they weren't the exact same brand I had tried on from their office. So I called them to ask if I can simply change my brand. I'm not asking for anything here people, just to change my brand and it was a couple months after my appointment so I know my prescription was not expired. Anyways, they completely forgot about my request. I had to call and remind them. They told me they'll call me back. I never got a call back, I had to call them back myself. When I did get a hold of them, and I stayed on the line because I told them woman I refuse to hang up because the whole ""let me get your name and I'll call you back"" trick obviously was not working, the person on the other line yelled at me telling me they weren't going to give me a brand change because I had to come back in, get another exam, (4 months after my previous exam), get a trial of the ones I wanted, and THEN and only then will they allow a brand change. She also said ""we arent going to give you the brand change because I know you arent purchasing the contacts from our office"". Are you kidding me? SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! If that doctor had half a sense he would fire the entire incompetent and probably overpaid staff and bring in younger, friendlier, and more competent people. Its called customer service people. You lost me as a client for life, I will avoid this place like the plague. Back to walmart vision center, because make no mistake about it, I'd go to walmart any day over this wretched time warp unprofessional money trap. And Kathy, perhaps get some customer service classes because frankly, you're demeanor is enough to send someone running out without looking back.
