I went there only once and it was enough. I was told that I needed an expensive procedure not covered by my insurance and I felt pressured into having it done right on the spot (they have sales specialist who are trained to convince you). I felt suspicious and walked out. I wanted to get a second opinion and went to my mother's dentist whose office is an hour away, who I trust because he always good care of his patients. It turned out that the expensive procedure was completely unnecessary. I was fortunate to have acted on my suspicion or I would have gotten scammed by this operation. Don't let the modern facility and big smiles fool you, this company is doing what's best for them, not what's best for the patient. Pros: null Cons: null more

I had my wisdom teeth pulled here and they did an okay job. However, for regular cleanings they definitely try to impress you with all their fancy equipment and I've had to pay out of pocket for expenses when I had top-of-the-line insurance. I've never had to pay additional costs except for when I went here. more

This office is a complete rip off. They make you pay upfront, and charge you more for their services than the negotiated/contracted cost that is allowed by the insurance company. And after they receive payment from the insurance company, they do not refund the cost difference back to you. They refuse to even call me back to discuss this overpayment issue. The place is very up-to-date with their equipment and the office is really new and clean. I was not impressed with the service. I went in for a regular cleaning and before I got the cleaning done the dentist was trying to sell me on all of these procedures that he thought I needed done on my teeth. He was very persistent and annoying. The cost of the procedures was in the thousands after insurance. Even after the cleaning was done the dentist and an assistant were still trying to sell me their services. I did find out that the dentist I was seeing is no longer there, but I have a feeling that this business is more interested in selling you procedures no matter which dentist you go to. more
