Worst

After buying all new kitchen appliances in 2006 when we redid our kitchen down to the studs we had issues with the refrigerator and had to have it replaced st less than a year old...

After buying all new kitchen appliances in 2006 when we redid our kitchen down to the studs we had issues with the refrigerator and had to have it replaced st less than a year old. That refrigerator was replaced with a new one in 2015 which had to be replaced after only a few months because the motor was dying. Bought a new one and so far ok. Had another issue with a stove and delivery date changes and they ultimately delivered it without prior approval and got my neighbor to let them in. I called and all they could say was sorry. There came an issue where it was returned unused and they ripped me off big time on the return and said some very nasty things to top it off! I will NEVER BUY from them again! I will tell everyone I know what they did to me and will spread it far and wide with my relatives and friends! I have found .... in Zeeland better priced and much more friendly! more

Awesome service 11/8/2011

I have always used Northgate for my appliance purchases because of the way the staff does their job. The delivery men are outstanding. One time I needed service on a washer and they sent a fine technician. He did a great job, too! - Ray S. - more
