This is nifty little placed located in a very nice part of the city. I really love coming here because I do not have to worry about being in a chaotic environment. It is a very nice peaceful environment to work out it. The machines are kept in great condition and everything is also very clean in the fitness center. I think that the staff are wonderful and cheerful. If I ever need any help I know they are available. Compared to other all inclusive workout centers the price here is quite great. I really feel I am getting great value for my money. more

racquetball 12/29/2005

when u have time in the weekends or the week and want to play a game of racquetball or if you want to go to the gym , this is the place to go to . Place is always clean. The machines are fairly new and all in good condition. friendly and polite staff. excellent equipment. good facilities like parking. affordable at the same time. more
