One office staff member will tell you one thing, and the next will completely contradict them. They NEVER call you back.
It's not the fact the I need to pay extra because my son didn't finish his drives, it's the fact that Dorothy told me ""No problem - I'll make a note in his file, but the computer is down so we can't schedule the drives. I will call you back when it is fixed."" Then NO CALL. I call back and Toni says, ""Dorothy doesn't have the authority to say that."" and ""There are too many different people in the call center to return calls - drivers are responsible for that."" WHAT? Returning a call when you say you will is basic customer service, right? I think even if Dorothy doesn't have the authority to say something, but did say it, then a responsible, customer oriented business should honor what their employee tells a customer.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY - they have competition in Maple Valley now. If I was you I would check them out first.
