They saw me through one dog with cruciate ligament issues, Cushing's disease, ortho problems, and general elder care. The whole group, vets, techs, and front desk people were like family, and Dr Muse, our main vet there, always listened to what I felt was going on with my dog, and what adjustments I felt were needed in medications, etc. When my dog died, they truly understood the fact that I couldn't even talk to them without crying. Then they followed me with two puppies, and the excellent care continued. At one time they brought in a vet on a part time basis as I believe one of the vets had moved. My younger dog came home in complete distress after being seen by that vet, and she infuriated me. I made a complaint about it, and they said it wasn't the first complaint they had, and this particular vet wouldn't be offered a position there. We moved from NC, and made it a point to go there and tell them good-by.
