I do not like to shop for cloths, however, over the years I found it tolerable with employees who got to know you.
Now, those relationships, are gone. When you ask what happened to ....... I hear too often ""they no longer work here."" These were excellent employees who valued relationships. Somehow, the very reason I choose to do our family shopping at Nordstrom has been replaced by mostly young or pushy, anything to make a sale especially if $$$$'s,,,, but if it's an alteration observe, who steps up to service vs. ignore, or short, quip.. Where Is Your Receipt? as their attention is not with you but who may be walking on the floor which may be a $$$$ sale.....sad... but true.....Nordstrom's sterling image based on customer core values is slowly being tarnished by GREED
