I ordered a pair of boots online to be picked up in the store on my lunch hour because I needed them for a weekend event. They boots were not as pictured, I learned, when I tried them on at home.
I returned them the day prior to the event and bought another pair of boots. When I got home, I saw that they were damaged. I called the store, and was bounced around from one person to another. The final person did nothing to help me, and actually blamed me for taking home the pair of scratched boots.
Nordstrom only has great customer service until something is damaged or breaks. At that point, you are treated like a nuisance. Not worth the hassle and indignity.
