I decided to try this restaurant based on the reviews here, despite the often mentioned insane manager. He was there that night! I felt as though I was in the presence of a star. ...

I tried to book my sweet 16 dinner here thinking that it was a cute reasonable place that I had been recommended too. My mother called three different times. Each time they said they would call back. They never did. I'm very dissatisfied. They clearly don't want business. I have never written a review before but I thought I should warn people of this. more

We come to Lauderdale every year and this is the first time we've tried Noodles Panini. The food was good, but didn't seem worth the price. Service was good - our drinks were always filled - but the server was a little brisk and not very friendly. more

Great food! Try the Bombolotti with Brocolli Rabe. Delicious! My only qualm is the price. It's expensive for pasta and sandwiches. But still delicious! more

Me, my wife and my little son went yesterday to this place to have lunch. We love their meat balls, so for sure that we did order it.\r It came with some salad. I tried the salad and my wife was about to try it and she found a bug on the salad. I call the waitress and she was really helpfull taking the plate away. The other server started make some jokes in order to make that isn't a big deal, but I have to tell something, he was making the situation get worse. They didn't charge our apptz ( we order a meat balls again without the salad ) and the " manager " never came to our table to talk about this really bad situation. Kind of disappointed. more

Great service, but just plain bad food. I tried the spaghetti and meatballs which our waiter described as a signature dish. The meatballs were tasteless, the sauce tasted like canned sauce, and the noodles were tough (no not al dente...tough). By far the worst spaghetti and meatballs I've ever tasted, and a hefty price. I do not recommend this place! more

We've been eating there for about five years, and we've never had a bad experience. Only recently did we try the homemade mozzarella and tomato panini-and it's probably the best we've ever had (and we've traveled up and down Italy). The eggplant rollatini is equally fabulous. more

this place fits the bill perfectly not to fancy or expensive., but all the right stuff on the menu. great paninis, and the bread was all made fresh. I felt like I was in New York. Relaxing with an urban city street flare. We will certainly go back. Great service as well. more

The meatballs are pretty incredible- it's just a shame their sauce tastes like something out of a can of spaghettios. more

I look forward to returning to this restaurant that was always one of our favorites at some point. The food is very good. That said, the service is terrible. Not once, but the last few times we went. The wait staff is out of control rude. We have been to this restaurant at least 30 times. I have sent countless people there to dine and almost always hear the food is good, the service is terrible. I'm not a hater, I love great food and LOVE to have a good time. The food is good, the time is not. more

I love the food and eat there frequently. The best meatballs I've ever had - but I'm not Italian and don't have a great-cooking grandma. The staff is usually friendly, but the food is what brings me back. Its often simple, but great! more

I'd place a massive grain of salt on the few bad service reviews.\r \r The food is great, the prices are fair, the wine selection is great (a rarity in Fort Lauderdale) and the service, which is well trained in the menu, wine and cooking, is excellent.\r \r The overall atmosphere is friendly. more

The real deal! The meatballs r fantastic. Cooked in sauce w/a combination of beef, veal, & pork creates a juicy flavorful delight. The sauce seals the deal. It is neither sweet nor acidic and the flovor is heightened most likely from the meatballs that r cooked in it. Above avg selection of wine. Good location. I highly recommend it. more

My husband and I ate at Noodles Panini in Ft. Lauderdale after the recent art fest. The waitress was very distracted, unfriendly and downright rude. We visited the bathrooms prior to getting our table, and that should have been a clue to LEAVE the restaurant. In the men's bathroom, there was a ladder stored that you had to step around to wipe your hands. The ladies restroom had a filthy floor, the toilet seat was very loose, so that you had to hang onto or it would move when getting up.\r \r Right beside the rest room doorway was a portable bakers rack on wheels that had tomatoes, almonds, buns, bread, etc... right out in the open. \r \r The noodle dish that we both ordered was gummy, not fully cooked pasta. The two ladies at the table next to ours wanted their bill split, and the waitress told them it couldn't be done. "Just pay for it and one of you pay the other one," she was told.\r \r The prices were higher than I anticipated, but if the food had been good, I wouldn't mind paying a bit more. When the waitress brought me the bill, 18% gratuity had been added. I asked her why it was automatically added on and she told me that it was always added on during the art fest and she went to a table and brought over a plastic sign stating 18% would be automatically added. There was no sign on our table or the two nearest to us. When I brought up that the menu stated that 5 or more people at a table would require the 18% gratuity added, she merely said that this was their procedure. I asked to speak to the owner or manager, and he ignored me at first, then said he would remore the 18%, but by this time I had already paid with my credit card and I told him so. I said that the waitress was rude, it was unfare to tack on a large gratuity without clearly stating so and that the food was not good, and the service was terrible. I told him we would not be back. I highly recommend that you STAY CLEAR of this restaurant. more

We have been going to Noodles since they opened. We'd go and be one of the only tables there and were so afraid that this little spot on Las Olas was not going to make it. We would invite friends, they'd invite friends and so on. The food was so good we were thrilled to see their business grow over the years. In the past couple of years we'd invite friends and would consistantly hear how rude the wait staff is and could we go else where. This was odd, we know they were never "overly friendly" but they were at least polite. The past couple of visits, we've begun to see exactly what people are talking about. The last couple of times things seemed chilly, but on a recent experience, the wait staff was so incredibly rude that we wish the owner was there to see how his staff treats people. I don't care how good the food is, if your experience is not food love with a smile, what's the point in going? There were only 2 tables of people and 6 Wait staff who watched TV, talked loudly and rudely about the customers- all 2 tables full. Never did they come back over to see if you needed anything- too busy sitting down at the bar watching TV and when we did ask the person behind the bar if she could get our Waitress, she actually rolled her eyes at us and shook her head and then proceeded to tell the other wait staff how rude we were!!! Hi, aren't you in a service business??? Is it so terrible that after 10 minutes, we needed service and dared ask for help??? I would recommend sitting this one out until the Owner gets reinvolved with his business and hires staff who appreciate your business. more

WHAT HAPPENED? WHERE IN THE WORLD DID THE OWNER GO? How could you let a great place like this go so down hill!? Asleep at the WHEEL? SO SAD when a former great little place catches on and gets ego, lazy and let's people who don't own or care take over! My husband and I used to be the only ones eating there when they first opened. We thought for sure they would not make it. We told all of our friends about the great food, never inexpensive, but unlike now you got what you paid for. The Owner was always around. Those days are gone. The food is very OK, expensive, they lost their mojo! Pros: Still have Good Paninis, food is fresh Cons: Now very pricey, unfriendly wait staff! more
