Ninja Steakhouse

I ate dinner with my family at ninja steakhouse last week, the food was amazing, tasty and fresh.. it makes me crave for more. The new server name Crizz is very nice and very pretty, she take good care of us and very attentive. I recommend ninja steakhouse in Cumming to everybody! more

After deciding to go for the hibachi dinner, we were treated with not only rudeness but literally called names...""piggy"", ""fatty"", and another family at the same grill even heard it. Our party was two moms and three kids...Speaking like that to a woman in any other atmosphere would have been reason for an apology and some sort of reprimand for the ""chef"", and I use that term very lightly. Whether he had been drinking or what, I was not the only one who heard it and was apalled. Once the kids were outside with the other mom, I spoke with the manager...here is where insult was added to injury! He said the man was one of his best chefs, and that he was just ""kidding around""...I told the manager it was NOT said in jest, was out of line, and something should be said to him. The manager intended to do NOTHING! I will NEVER RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT...AND, I WAS A REGULAR AT THE SUSHI BAR FOR OVER TWO YEARS! Disgusting, disgraceful...should be run out of town! After a recent visit, I will never go to Ninja again. I ordered a roll that was absolutely inedible. Sea eel is normally grilled, therefore warm. It was cold, hard and fishy. The seaweed should be crisp. It was soggy. I sent it back. The waitress said that I probably haven't had enough sushi to know that it was fine. So I get horrid, inedible food and then get insulted by the waitress. If you want rice balls thrown in your face, go have fun. For real sushi, try Atlantic Seafood or MF Sushi in Atlanta.
