Every year i have gone to Nightmare on 13th I have been very impressed!!!!!! I cant believe how much they change every year to keep the anticipation up. The actors/actress' inside are like they are trained by professionals, very high class acting. I highly recommend this haunted house to anyone who wants their heart to race and adrenaline to pump!!!!! more

Great freaky fun time!! I'm not a big haunted house person but my husband is, he convinced me to go with him to nightmare on 13th last year , I was so scared from the time that I was in the parking lot till we left, it is amazing how much details and effects are in this place, I had a great time with my husband, I loved it , the zombie city theme was amazing, actors were great! I will go back every year from now on, this place is creepy but awesome, very fun if you are looking to have a good time during Halloween season! more

Oh my gosh, I freaking loved this haunt! I honestly thought I might wet my pants last year it scared me so bad. It was so much fun though, they have the CRAZIEST special effects. Go here if you want to see the most intense, freaky haunted house ever! more

i go to this haunted house every year and it always amazes me! the zombie area last year was cool enough to be a movie set. i heard that they started changing the themes every year and i seriously cant wait to see this years things. i know it will be even bigger and crazier than last year! more

I love Nightmare on 13th! I've been going to different haunted houses every year and I always look forward to visiting this one each year. My friends and I love coming and messing around with the scary actors before actually going into the haunt. We love seeing the new things that are added and changed in the haunted house. more

great haunt! i go every year and every time its great! the actors, sights, sounds, and smells all make the whole house exciting and fun. great for dates or groups of friends looking for a good time. tons of fun and worth the price. (make sure to pick up some $5 off coupons at maverick, making it $15) more

I don't want to give this place any stars. First, they don't return my calls. They double charged me for our photo package and then they charged me 200 dollars for one ticket. I have yet to see my money back for the pictures I never bought that they charged me for. Even though they dropped the 200 dollar charge extra charge for my one ticket, it took 6 days. It's a good thing that I barely had the money to cover this over that many days in my checking account. I tried calling them to move the process faster, as my bank said they could do and to tell them they double charged me for the picture. They don't return your calls! I'll never go there again. They don't care one bit about customer service. Besides that, their ghouls cough in your face. more

I try to hit all the haunted houses I can each year, and no matter how much I've not enjoyed the previous year I try to give another chance. One year, I left soaking wet and with a headache. There were way too many things coming from above that kept bopping me on the head, plus a bubble room where the actor sat and giggled and soaked my jeans up to my knees. I'm short, too. It was miserable leaving out to the cold autumn air. The next year, I went with a friend. It was enjoyable up until the seemingly endless mazes. We were starting to get upset (we had other haunts we wanted to hit up) and actors were extremely unhelpful even after we were getting bored and irritated. The last maze we were in, we simply told the actor we needed to leave and had tried everything. On the 3rd try, he still said no and made a move to startle my friend, and ended up wacking her in the face with enough force to re-break her upper palate which she previously undergone painful surgery to fix. This of course cut our visit short-EMTs were very responsive, and the place took responsibility for the incident.... but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. Despite this, I attended the year after that. It was pretty enjoyable until the clown room, where an actor was frustrated that I wasn't scared, and held me away from my group and wouldn't let me pass. I didn't want to get left behind from my group, and it was already obvious the actor wasn't getting a reaction from me. My friend asked him to please let me pass, and the actor called security on us. There was no yelling, no physical contact, just a simple request. We had to deal with security before being able to finish the haunt. Also, there was a year where some people in my group were wearing Rocky Point shirts-we had gone there previously in the season and bought them. We ended up getting spat on, told Rocky Point sucks, and was followed by security the entire time. I've also been mooned by what I assume are Nightmare actors while wearing the shirt at a restaurant, and was verbally assaulted once on Trax by who I think might have been actors. On the plus side, I enjoy the Nightmare Theater greatly. I wish it would change more from year to year like it used to. It's a great lead-up, and seeing all the clips from movies always get me into the Halloween mood!! more

I have had some great scares going through this haunted house!! It is always some of my greatest memories about the halloween season!! I love getting scared out of my mind as i go through this haunted house!! They never fail to amaze me! I love it!!! more

I love this Haunted house! IT gets better and better every time i go see it! They must put alot of hard work and effort because it just plainly the scariest haunted house in Utah!! more

right from the get-go, i enjoyed nightmare on 13th. they have characters out roaming around and they took your pictures in front of some rad backdrops, which was something new i hadn't done there before. the rooms were really creepy, and the one with the chick from the ring was especially creepy. all in all, i give nightmare two thumbs up. i felt like there was plenty of different things going on in the haunted house so i was definitely not bored and i was definitely scared. more

My October is NOT complete without taking all my friends to the BEST haunted house in utah! The special effects and actors are great. DEFINATELY CHECK IT OUT!!! more

I LOVE NIGHTMARE!! For me and my friends it is a must go every single year! The effects are advanced as everyone was saying, but they is NO disapointment. The terror starts he minute you walk into the parking lot! I love it! Nightmare on 13th is a must for every halloween. If you don't believe me GO SEE FOR YOUSELF!! more

I would of expected better for $20. The fx's were cool but they didn't have anyone in the rooms. So unless you are the 1st person in the robots don't scare you. more

I have enjoyed the Nighmare on 13th for many years but I have to say that this year I have realized that the prices are just to high and they focused to much on Fx's then actually scaring people. I go to all the haunted houses every year and the Castle Of Chaos just a few blocks south was way better and I was able to get a VIP pass to the Castle of Choas and a VIP pass to their other Haunted House Nighmare Mansion for less then the cost of 1 VIP pass to Nighmare on 13! Save money and head on over to the Castle of Choas! more
