We had the same experience as the other folks that reviewed Nielsen. Jay was rude and made us feel as if we were badgering him to do the work that we paid him for. We had to constantly stay in contact, otherwise we never heard from him when he said he would call and update. Also, some of the office team seemed to get immediately defensive when we were showing a little frustration from the weeks of no contact, as if they get angry customers often... Makes us wonder. Would not recommend this place - customer service is WELL below average.
