The concept is genius: sell people fresh pre-made pizzas with really great toppings that they can take home and pop into the oven for 16 minutes, and - BANG - dinner!
I don't know that Nick-n-Willy's came up with it, but in Boulder County, they are the only ones that I know of who are doing it and they're doing it well. Now there's even a Nick-n-Willy's in the grocery store down the street, and they're cleaning up!
