I love the shrimp & sweet potato tempura. Beware, it is not what you expect. They leave the shell on the shrimp (headless, though) and the sweet potato is 'showstringed' then it is all mixed together in tempura batter then deep fried as a loaf... or block.. of shrimp and sweet potato.\r
I always ask for the shrimp to be peeled. I like it better that way... just me.\r
CON: No friggin salt! I always have to ask for salt and they bring it in a little bowl. However, it is good for pulling apart the tempura and touching it to the salt. But buy a couple of salt shakers... you can hide them but at least have them in case someone asks for it.
Pros: taste & freshness
Cons: No salt shakers... why the hell not?????
