This is so funny if you people on here would learn how to work out and would maybe take the time to talk to the owner and his trainers you might learn something...sence they are prob the best trainers in the state...but why would you ever do that?? why would you ever want to better your self? So maybe you should just go to bally's or curves..and have a great life. more

Dirty, hard to breathe, broken, rusty machines = horrible gym 7/3/2008

This is by far the worst gym I have ever had the displeasure of going to. Most of the steppers and bikes are broken. I've never had such breathing problems as I do this place, the air is uncirculated and hot. Pros: Location Cons: Air quality, cleanliness, equipment, trainers not in shape more

DIRTY GYM / AC NEVER ON IN SUMMER 1/27/2008

This gym is filthy. I am not sure how the dept of health has not yet closed it down. The machines are ALL dusty, grimy and dirty. The showers are also moldy and scummy. The gym staff are very disorganized too. People sweat while exercising and aren't even spoken too for repeatedly not wiping down their machine. Day care is NEVER open and should not be advertised. It is true that the young staff (trainers) are constantly flirting w/ the ladies rather than doing what they are paid to do. Also, during the summer months they usually DO NOT have the air conditioning on. They would rather have the front and back doors open and big dusty fans blowing on patrons. I had to terminate my membership because the dust from the floor fans were making my allergies flare up. Location is the only saving grace for this gym. more

Top notch gym with skilled staff. 11/18/2007

I became a member of Next Level Fitness Center seven years ago on the recommendation of a physical therapist who had been treating me for a running injury. I can honestly say that becoming a member of this gym was one of the best decisions I have made. The facility is nicely maintained, well equipped and staffed by professional and highly experienced trainers. It is clear that management is truly interested in making the gym top notch. For me, my decision to join has definitely paid off. The dedication and experience level of the staff have resulted in significant improvements in my physical health, strength, weight control, and sense of well being. Pros: State of the art equipment, experienced staff, baby sitting services. Cons: Not proximate to a highway. more

Not As Advertised 9/25/2007

It's hard to tell if the gym has improved overall since the previous owner. It has, unfortunately, always been known as a ""pick up"" joint because that's what it actually is. It's not a professional gym. It's not the ""family friendly"" center that it's been advertised as for nearly 15-20 years. The gym still caters only to the rich and still has some ""trouble makers"" or strange groups of people, especially those who spend time in the gym to gossip and spread false rumors about members and even trainers whom they don't like or even know! It is a very odd place but I suppose most gyms are similar. The trainers are too interested in flirting with girls rather than actually working and earning their pay. There are still a few husbands/wives cheating and leaving the gym with someone other than their spouse. It's really a disgusting place overall. And it has always been difficult for financially disadvantaged members to get a response from the trainers when in need of important advice or help with exercise equipment. The male trainers only help women who are very attractive or people who are very rich and consistenly pay for personal training. It's also difficult to take your children to this gym when some of the women here are practically half-dressed even though they can still have a good work out in proper attire but choose to work out in what looks like underwear! This is why I quit the gym after being there for only less than a year. Pros: parking, location Cons: unclean, unprofessional, more
