Worst customer service I've ever experienced:\r
I called to ask for a ride to the Framingham Logan Express station, and the male agent brusquely stated that they didn't offer anything other than express rides to Logan, and hung up before I could even ask for the cost of that ride.\r
I called him back to politely tell him that he shouldn't have abruptly hung up on me and before I could even say anything he patronizingly said ""Deja vu again"" (guessing he saw my caller ID). After I told him that was rude of him to say, he proceeded to mock my voice and curse me out.\r
Never thought that someone (who sounded much older than I) could be so immature.
