Changing from digital project management to massage therapist is one of the best decisions I've ever made. Helping people release the stress that builds up over weeks and months, reduce someone's chronic pain so they can get back to a normal life and having a front row seat as my clients achieve their goals is the most fulfilling thing.
Every day that I get to work with my clients, I get to focus on their individual needs. They receive the best possible benefits from each session, rather than getting treated like they're just another customer. I use neuromuscular therapy, trigger point, cupping massage, aromatherapy and Swedish-style relaxation to create the right combination for each client.
I am a National Board Certified Therapeutic Massage Therapist (BCTMB) and a Certified Neuromuscular Therapist (CNMT) practicing within the integrative healthcare system. My training to become a Certified Clinical Aromatherapist through The School for Aromatic Studies is nearing completion.
I am also a Certified Member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP) and an Aromatherapy Advocate Member of the National Association of Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA).
My background in these areas allows me to treat a wide range of concerns, from job-related stress to chronic anxiety. I'm always looking for new areas to expand my knowledge and provide my clients with the best massage therapy possible.
