â€œNewCov CrossFit started in March of 2011. We were one of the first CrossFit gyms to open in the Tri-state area. Our trainers have 9 years experience in this field and continue to expand their education. What is CrossFit? Well, itâ€™s a total body workout that incorporates weightlifting, cardio and body weight movements (like squats, push-ups, core, etc). We truly believe that CrossFit is the best overall and efficient workout. Once you do CrossFit, it will feel like anything else you have ever tried, well...was just not as good or takes twice as long.
But itâ€™s really not the workout that really defines CrossFit. Itâ€™s the community. The reason people wonâ€™t stop talking about it is because itâ€™s actually kind of fun! You set goals, you make friends, and you try new things! The members and trainers motivate you to keep going in the workout, but also motivate you to keep coming back.
