I purchased a deal for this salon off Urban Dealight (like Groupon) to get a haircut before I went on vacation for my anniversary. I am relatively new to San Antonio & didn't have a regular hairdresser yet & thought this salon sounded like a good one to try. I can't vouch for Ms. Mullins' (the owner) ability as a stylist, as I never got the opportunity to actually use her. I called the salon several times over a 2-week period & always got voicemail. I left several messages about scheduling an appointment before the date I was leaving, and my calls were never returned. I did finally reach Ms. Mullins one time when I called, and she told me it was her day off & that I should call back & leave a message. When I told her I had already done that & had never received a call back, she didn't care...she still told me to call back. She finally did call me at 8pm one night when I was already on my vacation. By that point I had already contacted Urban Dealight to get a refund. I want nothing to do with a salon with this type of customer service & I had no desire to go through the same thing every time I needed to schedule an appointment in the future. My reccomendation is to go somewhere else where your business will be valued.
