I have never been treated so rudely by a business in my entire life and was absolutely furious. I filled out a detailed itinerary online for a 9-hour limo rental for a special event, including my CREDIT CARD NUMBER, that involved getting driven around the city and making several drop-offs at the end of the night across Brooklyn and SI. I didn't get a confirmation for 2 days so I called to find out what the deal was.
The jerk on the other end of the line sounded like I was bothering him by asking about my reservation. When he found it, he answered ""Oh yeah, this is not a reservation. How do I know that you're really in Brooklyn? I don't know that, and where are you going in SI, I don't understand what this is..."" and sounded like a complete rambling idiot. I tried to explain that there was no room on his online form to put in the address of each different destination we'd be during the night, and that's why I wanted to talk to them over the phone to confirm the details, but he just kept interrupting me saying this was ""not a reservation"" and that he tried to call me (which he didn't), and finally he just hung up after saying ""I'm cancelling this, goodbye,"" without giving any reason for the cancellation and giving up 9 hours worth of business.
I strongly discourage anyone from booking anything with this company. If you don't believe me, read complaints about them on the ComplaintsBoard website.
