These people are true professionals. They know what they`re doing. The service started perfectly with a very friendly voice when I called NY Carpet & Upholstery for a telephone estimate. They were very helpful. without being too pushy. The technician arrived the next day exactly on time to clean 3 rooms and 8 steps. He was quick and efficient and did a perfect job. I am thrilled!
