Have you ever eaten in Tunng Yi Fung Restaurant on 37th Avenue during the busy holidays like Father's Day, Mother's Day, and etc.? I had a birthday party with about 60 guests there on the day before Mother's day 2008. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED how they treated my guests! They?re RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL including the manger. The foods were dirty, extra salty and greasy than all other Chinese restaurants in Flushing. \r
First, they rushed my guests to finish their food by distributing remaining food from the family platter onto my guests? individual plates without asking them, it?s like you forcing your kids to eat regardless they like it or not.\r
Second, They started to clean up the table five minutes after they delivered the last platter while my guests were still trying to eat their food. To get matter worse, they started to seat new customers who had been waiting to be seated while my guests were still at the tables after I paid the bill. The restaurant?s manger said because it?s a busy weekend; my guests had to leave since the last food platter was already delivered to the table few minutes ago. \r
When the business is slow, they won?t rush you to finish food. But when the restaurant is busy, they do what ever they want to get more business and rush the customers.\r
Beside the service was bad, the food were also extra salty and oily than all other Chinese food in the area. \r
One of my guests said she found dead insects in the food. Some of my guests had upset stomach afterward.\r
Please Do Not Go to this restaurant.
Cons: Satly food, bad service
