I scheduled a lesson one day and had to cancel because I was called for a job. When I made the first appointment, I asked if it would be okay for me to call to make changes if something came up, the representative said yes as long as I call in advance. I had no intentions of cancelling, but I had been called for a job at a great company and I didn't want to miss out on it. The next day after cancelling, I called back to reschedule. The representative told me I could not keep cancelling and rescheduling because this is a place of business. I had to tell him that I am entitled to reschedule if I needed to. Keep in mind that I had only made one appointment before that, so it wasn't like I made a few appointments and then cancelled. I felt like I was being talked to as if I were a 10 year old than as an adult. He also said that since I did not give him any money I should not be cancelling. When I made my appointment, I was told to pay in cash to the instructor. Another things is, I called 2 days straight before my scheduled lesson to cancel, but the phone kept sending me to voicemail. When I finally got through to cancel, the lady did not even know what day my appointment was scheduled for. They may have nice cars, but they were not professional and very unreasonable!
