New Planet Moving and Storage did 2 moves that were both great for me 4/3/2012

I moved with New Planet Moving back in 2009, and again this year. I received my stuff last week and just finally got everything unpacked. The only thing is a small scratch on the corner of the back of a dresser that has survived 4 moves so far in it's life LOL When I used New Planet Moving the last time, I had no damages, and the movers were very helpful. So I of course wanted to use them for this move as well. They were able to accommodate my new home (with like 30 stairs) and waived the charge for me because I was a returning customer. I have also referred a few of my friends to New Planet Moving who have also had good moves. And the moving company offers it's customer referral bonus' so be sure to tell your friends, and get free gift cards and stuff like that. I have already gotten 2. more

Wonderful 12/1/2011

I just want to tell you that we were pleased with your service from beginning to end. The guys at pick up were courteous and efficient. We made contact with Carlos. He was kind and kept us up to date as to when he would be delivering. Both guys were patient and did a nice job. My daughter was a little stressed during delivery and at the end found damage on a Secretary Desk. Carlos took a picture and said they would take care of it. He couldn't have been nicer. Later, I was able to point out that the damage was not on the part of New Planet but at another time period. When she was able to be calm, she had to agree that it was not New Planet's fault. No Damges - Nice Employees 10/3/2011

You read a lot of crap about movers and all the scams that can go along with the companies. After doing my research and talking to several different companies I chose New Planet Moving because really the girl Lauren was the only one from any of the companies that really explained things thoroughly and seemed to only talk about thier company as opposed to talking bad about every other moving company. And man some of these people were ruthless. Anyways at the end of the day I recieved my delivery and everything was fine, no damage or lost items which was really my only scare. Lauren had me over estimate my weight, and told me about the packing that I needed to accomplish, and I was ready to go when the movers got to my home. I also got printable packing labels, and coupons from thier website. My move was from Las Vegas NV to Denver CO. more

With the help of your moving company, we arrived to Washington on schedule and we were able to vacate our home in Las Vegas on time. Because of the short notice for this move, your rapid and thorough planning from the onset was essential to success. Your crew came ready to work, even with Nevada's record-setting hit. Each furniture piece was blanketed and the rugs were fully enclosed to prevent damage. We appreciate that the crew handled each item carefully, as if thy were their own. We look forward to receiving our household goods sometime in the future once our permanent home is selected. We are confident everything will make the transit and once again be enjoyed by our family. Thank you for everything 9/1/2010

I like many others I've read here, did my research before moving with them. They had mixed reviews, but i took a chance and it worked out just fine. The only reason they recieved 4 stars instead of 5 is my delivery was 3 days later than my original quoted time. But after researching and reading reviews on the other companies that were competing for my business, I realized that I was lucky for that, apparently EVERY mover can hold the items up to 21 days, can you believe that? Anyway they got my stuff from Arizona to Florida in only 12 days and all was in tact not broken. Thank you for everything Laura, Joe and Al more

thank you for a very successful and smooth move on such short notice. One of the hottest months of the year and your men worked at taking care of our stuff as if every piece belonged to them. The full move was actually accomlished in less than 12 hours. your driver, Alberto that delivered the load went above and beyond the call of duty on this end. Every piece of furniture was placed in the new place exactly where we wanted, and our pieces are heavy... As i spoke to you the other day, we were so pleased, we asked you to move us back when we are ready...That is how satisfied we are with your company. I had 4 companies come out and bid me and New Planet Moving was by far the least expensive of the big companies, but a little higher than the cheap cheap companies around town. I did some extensive research on the BBB, and the DOT sites and found them to be in great standings. So I bit the bullet and booked my move, I just received all of my items in tact and I had to say thank you by writing the review. I know it is a tough business, and people who are upset always speak louder than the happy ones. I appreciate the good deal I recieved more
