I just picked up a number of wool sweater that were cleaned and held for winter storage. They are all ravaged by moth holes! Over $650 worth of damage. Although I've been a longtime customer, they aren't taking any responsibility or acknowledging the problem - even though I brought the sweaters back immediately after opening the packages. One sweater has over 10 holes, so can't even be properly sewn/repaired. I am very saddened and disheartened by their attitude after all these years. Beware the moths!
