Believe it or not, I've been fighting for my warranty service to rebuild my broken front porch ground for over one and a half years since I moved in to my new house in June 2006. During my request for the warranty service from this home builder, what I got from them was totally not acceptable like being ignored by them no matter how many times you contact them for the service, no matter how many times they promised to get it fixed but they just don't do it and there is no reason too. As usual nobody from their office will keep you informed what is going on eventhough you keep asking. The last promise that they made me to believe that they would start the rebuild was last December, they emailed me saying that they would start it around 2nd week after the New Year, and I was so naive to believe it. As usual, nobody showed up and not even a phone call to tell me what's going on! Now, I realized that they just wanted to happy holidays. I'm so diappointed with this builder, I have spent so much time doing the request of the warranty service back and forth but I haven't got it yet, can you believe it? Where is their customer service? They built me a broken front porch ground and is now trying to walk away from their responsibility, no way! I sent them a final warning last week, I told them that I was ready to bring this to Court.
