Alex Doerken (Nelly's in Brentwood) did my hair for the first time three weeks ago. I heard that she she was an expert instructor in the Brazilian Hair treatment and decided to give it a try. I read that (the treatment) could improve condition and shine. When she finished, my hair looked incredible... shiny, thick, full. It was amazing. I was so pleased with her knowledge and expertise, that I returned to have her color and cut my hair last week. I was nervous about having a different colorist work on my hair because it is thin, soft and processed. I am thrilled I gave her a try. I am amazed. It turned out gorgeous and golden. I just recently went to Nelly's and had her stylist Alex do my cut and color and she changed my life!!! I can not even tell you what she has done for my hair. She took my drabby brown hair and transformed it to this luxurious rich Auburn. I have been getting compliments non stop since I left her last week. I have been going to Nelly for years and would recommend her to anyone. She is a fantastic colorist and stylist.
