This is one of the most arrogant and disrespectful collections companies I have ever dealt with - unfortunately! They feel they are above the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (which they are NOT!) and if you do not know these laws, look them up and understand your rights, that they are ignoring. Look into Pre-Paid Legal service plans to help fight this company (look me up if needed at Southwest Florida Notaries - Murdock FL) and fight their unfair debt collection practices. Harassing Collection Agency 7/8/2008

A John Synder from NCB Management Services, Inc. has been calling, leaving messages on my answering machine but I have been ignoring him. Then my neighbor told me he called her and aked her to deliver a message to me to call him back. My neighbor told him to get lost and hung up on him. John Synder and NCB Management Services, Inc. are going to be held accountable and suffer the consequences for their bad behavior, that's a promise. more
