I have been with this company for 7 years because of my business partner. We are finally on the same page to take our business elsewhere and I will share why.
There is no loyalty here. They have been hosting our website for almost 20 years and recently waited 4-6 weeks for text to be changed on our website. We pay in addition to them hosting and there is no reason it should have taken that long?! even after repetitious, phone calls, emails, etc...no reply for days. Not to mention they now outsource all their web work and it takes day and weeks for their contractors to call or email you back. When you are running a business waiting days means money out the door. Again yesterday morning, I called asking for tech support because I switched from Outlook Express to Outlook and was not able to send or receive emails. I was told to contact ""Mike"" and given the number. As of 2 pm today I have yet to receive a phone call!
I am a small business owner and all about supporting the local small business. However, not these guys...do not waste your money, time or energy because they do not care about you or customer service.

Cons: bad customer service, slow response, outsource web work
