I've been using Navis Pack & Ship for about two years and the service is great. I ship medical devices through them and I've never had a problem with them. They're also really responsive. The service is reliable and I plan on continuing to use them. more

I would say that Navis Pack & Ship were good, but the workers were a bit younger than I expected. It really didn't seem like they were that knowledgeable, especially when we're expecting them to move the valuable objects that we hired them for. However, things ended up just fine despite the question marks in my head. They moved a couple statues that we inherited from my wife's mother, and we had them moved down from her house to our apartment. I think their services was fairly good, and I was satisfied to the point where I tipped them. Overall, it wasn't that bad. more

We've been very happy with Navis Pack & Ship. They're always on time, always ready to go, and always do a good job. I have to have things shipped to New York to be able to display them, and it also comes back through Navis. They pack it up and do a great job shipping it back and forth. I've been using them for 5 years at least once a year for my business, and we're very pleased with their services. more

They did a great job with an irreplaceable piece of fine art. 6/3/2014

I was donating a very old and fragile family heirloom to the Crane Castle in Massachusetts. Navis Pack & Ship were very accommodating and assured me that everything would be shipped correctly and safely. This was a really historical piece that came from the original Crane people that I grew up with. It was important that I trusted Navis to ship it, and it is now sitting in it's original spot at the estate. They did a great job. more

I've used Navis Pack & Ship on 3 occasions in a period of a couple of months. They packed a lot of our electronic instrumentation which was pretty fragile. They did a great job packing and shipping it all the way across the country. Everything worked fine when it got to its final destination. more

Navis Pack and Ship is really good at getting back to me whenever I need something picked up and shipped. They always give me a tracking number and the other necessary details.They have good prices, and they do a good job. They are also very reliable. more

Can't say enough good things about this company. Navis Pack and Ship provided me with professional and courteous customer service, prompt and visible results and overall I was very happy with the service. All the employees were kind and personable, showed me the utmost respect during the process and I am highly satisfied with the results. They were also very thorough and asked a good amount of questions to make sure all my needs and questions were met. Professional 1/23/2014

Navis Pack & Ship shipped my apartment goods in Salt Lake City. I did most of the packing myself with the boxes but they loaded everything on two pallets and did some custom packing on some loose items I gave them. Everything was secure but there was minimal damage on a few things that took a beating but nothing that mattered. They are very good at fitting your items into a pallet and I couldn't believe the job they did. I even told them it all looked like a jigsaw puzzle! The price was a little pricier than I thought it would be but that might be because the weight of it all or they might have included the costs of custom packaging. Either way, I was in very good control of my own boxing and such and it all worked out fine. Brett McLay more

Exactly like I had hoped for 12/9/2013

I had a diagnostic machine that had to be shipped with Navis Pack & Ship. I dropped it off for crating and shipping and they did a really good job in dealing with me. This was a one off shipping for me personally, it wasn't with the company, but they were good with just dealing with me on an individual basis. While the machine was still there, I had to fire it up to make sure it still worked for insurance purposes and they were kind enough to let me plug it in the store and do that. more

Items were not taken care of. Would not recommend them. 11/14/2013

We used Navis Pack & Ship to move us cross country. The initial set up with them coming to pick up our possessions was fine, but when our things were delivered to our place in North Carolina, we found that our things were not wrapped well. They didn't take good care of them during the drive. Things were broken. Things were stacked too high, so the truck driver had to tell us that some items wouldn't fit through the doors. I would not recommend Navis Pack & Ship to anyone. I would rather pay more money and go somewhere else than to use them again. more

Professional. Flexible. Good turnaround. 11/1/2013

I use Navis Pack & Ship for bulk freight, and they always offer good service. Initially, when I was emailing them back and forth regarding our business here in Chicago and our clients in Utah, it took a while for them to establish one main representative for me. The different people who tried to get back to me ended up stepping on each other's toes a bit. When they did arrange a solid contact for me, they worked with me and helped me every step of the way. They are professional and very flexible with my needs and the needs of my clients. They're also good about staying discreet about who was getting the product in order to keep their contact information private. They have a good turnaround with quick deliveries. I would definitely recommend them. I can't speak to their full capability because I have only used them for bulk freight. If, however, you do need them for that, you can rest assured that they will respect your wishes and keep all your products in tact during delivery. more

We had furniture shipped from South America into California. Navis Pack & Ship took over the shipment from California to our home in Utah. Everything was pretty much already set up for us. The two delivery guys were extremely nice. We had no issues with them or their professionalism. They arrived on time and got the job done quickly. They were careful with our items. I am not sure, however, if they knew or accounted for what was in the containers, but they were very large and heavy items. Basically, they weren't able to lift them by themselves, so we had to assist them in taking them down from the truck, which ended up being fine. Overall, we would recommend their services. more

Perfect shipping. 9/12/2013

Navis Pack & Ship used four unused packing credits to help us move some stuff from Salt Lack City, Utah to Atlanta, Georgia. They did a phenomenal job. It was just perfect. Everything arrived fine, and the crates were awesome. It might be odd to call crates "awesome", but these were really nice! more

Mixed experience. It was bad on one end. 9/5/2013

The service with Navis Pack & Ship was a 5 in Salt Lake City. When it got to Maryland, it was a 2. Everyone I talked to at first was fabulous. They talked to me and gave me an explanation of what was happening. In Maryland, I didn't get to arrange a time, and the calls weren't very helpful in terms of them telling me where they would drop things off. Utah was an A+, and Maryland was just a rude, not great experience. more

Great customer service and an affordable move. 9/4/2013

I had Navis Pack & Ship move me across the country for a job I had taken. I'm actually going to be moving back. The job didn't work out, but the move was great. Everything got here in a timely manner and everything was in tact. I wasn't able to locate them to move me back, but in the future I will definitely use their service. You can expect great service and to receive everything in a timely manner. The people from Navis are really friendly and really helpful. I had quite a few questions and they were able to get all of them answered and give me assurance that my items would get there in a timely manner and that if I had any more questions I could contact them. more
