Naugatuck Valley is a great place to go to get your college career started. The educational value is very good as most of the classes are transferable to most area 4 year colleges. With a diverse student population, one is exposed to many cultures in the local area. Part time students make up a good portion of the student body, so those of us without the time or money to be full time students are NOT the minority. I enjoy NVCC as it allows me to learn and meet new people at a much more affordable rate than most of the colleges in the area.
